This role is part of the division that has a direct accountability pertaining to enabling and facilitating risk management, compliance and audit co-ordination in the Company.
The incumbent is expected to provide support to the Head of Risk and Compliance in the following areas:

• Recommend, develop and maintain policies for risk management, audit co-ordination and compliance for the Company
• Develop schedules for rolling out policies across business units, co- ordinate and manage till completion. Track status and provide reporting.
• Perform sighting of evidences of resolution of audit issues of business units. Assess internal controls. Review results of risk assessments of business units. Make recommendations.
• Develop presentation and training materials and conduct presentations and training. Perform secretarial-related duties for Risk Management Committee.



Tertiary education in a relevant discipline coupled with relevant working experience such as an acceptable level experience in risk management (preferably in an IT-related, financial operations or banking environment), and/or in auditing or in assessment of internal controls.

Knowledge and Skills

• Applicants with IT Audit background welcome.

• Able to plan, implement and manage corporate-wide risk assessment exercises across business units
• Able to front and manage auditors
• Effective in report-writing and verbal communication
