Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director, the Snr Human Resources Manager manages the day-to-day HR operations and implements policies, processes and programs that recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration. Having effective communication and leadership skills are essential for the candidate to be successful in the role.
1. Provide leadership to the HR team in the delivery of HR services
2. Ensure accurate and timely management of payroll, statutory lodgements and annual tax submissions
3. Provide advice and support to the business managers areas of communication on policies, practices and processes and employee relations
4. Co-ordinates training and development programmes and analyse the effectiveness of training initiatives
5. Maintain the update job descriptions for all positions
6. Manage manpower movements and requirements through recruitment and selection; conduct exit interviews and recommend strategies to improve staff retention
7. Maintain a pay plan by participating in salary surveys and benchmarking; monitor and schedule individual pay actions; recommend and implement pay revisions
8. Facilitate the performance management processes
9. Ensure legal, audit and statutory compliance in all aspects of HR administration, processes and practices
1. Minimum Diploma and above. Certificate in HRM will be an added advantage
2. Good knowledge of MOM Legislations, CPF & IRAS regulations
3. More than 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years of supervisory function
4. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and Powerpoint
5. Well-versed with payroll software such as EasyPay
6. Meticulous, organized and able to work independently under tight deadlines
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills
